The workshop encourages and promotes early identification of stress and uses intervention and prevention techniques. Participants will also be able to build their own personal Stress Resilience and how to cope with stress in a healthy, positive way.

This course explores Emotional Intelligence (EI) and how we can better understand ourselves and others It will help you to be more self-aware and to manage your reactions. It also gives you the skills to assess others’ emotions more effectively and deal with them successfully for enhanced performance.
